First time I have been to this hotel. Will return, thoroughly recommend. Food lovely and fresh too. We paid extra for a superior room on the 6th (TOP) floor overlooking the pools. Worth it updated modern, his hers bathroom sink, walk in shower two double beds - just for me and the Mrs.
The best thing about my stay was...Rooftop terrace and ease of getting a sunlounger

we really enjoyed our stay in this classy hotel, it is above what we have seen around Costa Brava, the food is varied and tasty, very clean all around, helpful staff. I would recommend anyone to choose this hotel. The night shift receptionist (Juanmi I think is his name) was particularly very helpful, great service all around. It was a great but short holiday.
The best thing about my stay was...Quiet, very good variety and tasty food, classy and newish hotel, all very good around except the wi-fi which is included in the price you pay but is a bit slow...

I Have visited Lloret de Mar 15 times over a period of 8 years and in that time have stayed at 5 different hotels including this one. Of them all, this is most definitely the best. Staff are friendly and efficient, the food is great and the rooms are a good size, clean and tidy. Each room has a safe (at an extra cost), air conditioning and a fridge. There is also a TV with BBC World available in English – but who wants to spend a holiday watching TV? The dining room is very good and there is an outdoor eating area also. On this occasion I didn’t eat a single meal indoors. One small criticism is that smoking was allowed here which is something I don’t agree with. Yes its outdoors but it’s also an eating area. If somebody cannot last the duration of a meal without the need to smoke and pollute the air others are breathing, then I’m afraid they have a problem. There was an issue with Wi-Fi making it difficult to connect to the internet with a phone or tablet. This was reported but there was no improvement until a short power cut on the last day forced a system re-boot after which all was well. I think this is an excellent hotel and will definitely stay again. Bar Paris on the square opposite the hotel is well worth a visit even if just for a coffee. In the main shopping area opposite the church, Rosa Marles is also a great place to stop for light refreshments or a beer. They make a great pot of tea! There are many more – get out there and explore! Market day in Lloret is on a Tuesday – worth a visit. Locally there are markets in Blanes on a Monday and Tossa de Mar on a Thursday, all easy to get to from the bus station in Lloret. The L2 bus service runs every 20 minutes during the summer and is a circular route taking in Lloret and neighbouring Fenals. This isn’t expensive but if you use it regularly a card can be bought from the bus station and charged with 10 rides at a time for just over 10 euros. It isn’t personalised so more than one can use it and represents a good saving. Please be aware that these are just my personal opinions – you may think differently.
The best thing about my stay was...Good food, great staff and of course - the weather!

Ok hotel, but ruined by large group of youngsters, long transfer and poor choice of vegetarian food.

Hotel clean and centrally located. Enjoyed relaxed atmosphere on the first day, but then a group of around 30-40 teenagers arrived. Although well behaved they took over areas of the pool, and you had to fight your way past teens ordering 10 shots at a time at the bar in the evening. My partner is vegetarian and there was very little or no choice for her so we ended up eating out on occasion even though we were all inclusive. The transfer back to airport picked us up 6 hours before flight and toured multiple hotels on route.
The best thing about my stay was...The hotel spa was well worth a visit.

4 adults and 2 kids stayed on the 14th April for 3 nights all inclusive. Hotel is small and very old but they have done a very good job modernising it. It's in an old built up residential area so the balconies facing out have a poor view. Upon checking in we where told that we had to pay 10 euro deposit per person for the all in wrist bands but the girl did not explain why. We found out on the last day that it was incase we required to stay all day but we were not td this. Also we had to pay a daily tax. Bedrooms where spacious but beds where very hard and bathroom was dated. The dining experience was great with good quality food and choice and the drinks package was also good. Most of the guest where French but that was not a problem. As it was April the pool was very cold and there was very little entertainment on. All in all this is a good hotel for a short quiet break but not really for families as to quiet. Some of the staff are not sure of what to do and some are very miserable.
The best thing about my stay was...The food and weather

Best All-Inclusive Hotel

If you are arriving via transfer bus, you will be dropped off at a location whereby you'll have to take a 5 min walk down the street (as the street is too narrow for coaches). This isn't a problem as the hotel is easy to find (on the right hand corner). We were given room 306, which was opposite the lift door. We were initially disappointed as we thought we would be kept awake all night with noisy residents coming back in the early hours. This wasn't the case at all, and we slept well every night. Our balcony faced the street, which could be noisy, but once the patio doors were closed, the noise was minimal. The room was standard (not as classy as some seen online), had a fridge (which was chargeable, but as we were AI, we didn't need it), and a security box (again chargeable). The shower was ok, and the bathroom was spacious enough with toiletries provided on the first day. Breakfast was served at 7:30-10:30, and there was something for all tastes (cooked breakfast - scrambled/fried/boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, potatoes etc, Fresh fruit, fruit salad, yoghurts, dried fruit, cereals, and also cheese, ham, salami, olives, tomatoes etc and toast, jams, honey. We usually stuck with the fruit drinks, tea and coffee, but occasionally we would have a glass of bubbly or bucks fizz (all free on the AI). We found lunch and dinner to be equally well provided, and especially enjoyed the salads, which we would have as a first course. As there was a great variety of fish, steak, chicken, stew on offer, with plenty of potatoes, rice, pasta and vegetables - if you want to try everything, your plate will be heaving! The staff provide your drinks at lunchtime and dinner, which I find to be a little silly really. The staff are busy, and you sometimes have to catch their attention if they are busy clearing tables. Why they just don't allow residents to help themselves to the bottled water and soft drinks machine is beyond me. We liked to sit outside for our meals, and the birds would often be around your feet waiting for some crumbs! The bar area is usually quiet, with a pool table, internet/PC's in another corner and it has a relaxing feel about it. We saw one flamenco dance show, and a young lad who played the guitar - both of whom were very good, but otherwise it was just music playing in the background. If you are looking for entertainment/loud disco music every night, then this isn't the place for you to stay. The bar staff are hard working and extremely pleasant - I cannot praise them enough, as they were always happy to chat and smile, even though they were busy, and had other chores to undertake (watering plants outside, keeping sun loungers etc). We could always get a sun lounger (which have a little "mattress" and rolled-up bath towel) up until about 9:30, but the sun doesn't get to the building until then anyway! Children are not allowed in the Jacuzzi or the outside spa (located on the decked area), which I find to be a good idea as it distracts the children from running up and down (and possibly getting hurt) on the stairs. I'm not sure if it's an adult only hotel, but there weren't a lot of children around when we were there. Overall, (except for the awful weather!) our stay at the Fergus Paris Plaza was very enjoyable. The staff take pride in their work, and we were always greeted with a welcome and a smile (especially the lady who wore glasses in the dining room!). The hotel is immaculately clean. We watched the cleaners wash down both sides of the glass balcony (with an extension handle on the outside), and having dried them, polished them until they gleamed. They then polished down the table and chairs (even the chair legs), and took their time to clean each apartment. Towels were provided and beds made on a daily basis. The rest of the hotel was also immaculately clean. I cannot fault this hotel or it's staff at all. Well done Paris Plaza!
The best thing about my stay was...The upper sunbathing deck (with spa pool). The friendly pool bar staff.
