Lovely clean hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food really good and rooms kept clean. Down side - Unfortunately this hotel now seems to be an overflow for Magaluf - several groups of rowdy, loud people (not all young!) who seemed to think everyone around the pool wanted to listen to their loud music and loud voices. The management should have asked them to quieten down but didn't. This spoilt what should have been a relaxing holiday. The entertainment was just about non-existent. Just one good show all week, but that didn't matter because you couldn't see the stage from most places in the bar.
The best thing about my stay was...The friendly staff and the weather

Fantastic hotel for price

Had a great holiday me and my daughter stayed for 5 days all inclusive, rooms were very clean, food was good, plenty to choose from, dining room was really nice although a bit small for amount of hotel guests and sometimes had a small wait to get table but worth the wait, pool area was nice plenty of sun beds, tables and chairs but because of small width area from hotel was positional with sun, this didn't bother us as we spent every day at the resorts beautiful beach which is about a 5 min stroll away , can't comment on night entertainment as we went out most nights but the room always looked full, weither that was because of the free drinks on all inclusive or entertainment i don't know, overall i would say that the hotel was great value for the money, staff friendly, very clean, food great and i would definitely go again.
The best thing about my stay was...Food and proximity to beach

Some GOOD points,.....Some BAD ALSO, ..........
THE MINUSES FIRST, ......I FOUND THAT MY SAFE WAS BROKEN IN MY ROOM,....(ROOM 114), AND HAD TO HAVE A NEW HANDLE FITTED,......MY BALCONY WINDOW WOULD NOT OPEN AT ALL, ......THE ELECTRICITY IN ROOM ONLY WORKS WITH YOUR KEY CARD IN THE SLOT,SO WHEN YOU ARE OUT OF THE ROOM,THE AIR-CON AND FRIDGE ARE NOT THEN WORKING, .......OTHERS,.....YOU SOMETIMES HAD TO QUEUE FOR A TIME TO ENTER THE DINING ROOM,....ALSO THE POOL WAS QUITE SMALL AND THE WATER WAS 'FREEZING,....ALSO, THE EVENING ENTERTAINMENT ONLY LASTED 1 HOUR FOLLOWED BY SOME 'PIPED' MUSIC,......BUT ON PLUS SIDE, THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT,...PLENTY OF VARIETY, AND THE 'ANIMACION' STAFF WERE EXCELLENT ALSO, AS WAS THE HIGH LEVEL OF THE ENTERTAINMENT,..... ALSO MY ROOM WAS KEPT IN VERY GOOD ORDER BY THE MAID, SO PROBABLY THERE WERE AS MANY PLUSSES AS MINUSES, GENERALLY SPEAKING.
The best thing about my stay was...PROBABLY THE FOOD.

advertised as adults only hotel and get there to find management have decided to allow children into hotel. Very disappointed as have been going to this hotel for 3 years + and some guests were on their 18th visit and some others even more. have booked to return later in year but would not have done so if I had realised that kids were being allowed. Personally if I had young kids I would not come to this hotel as it is not in the least child friendly compared to the Palmanova hotel next door. No kids pool no kids club no kids entertainment and no kids section in restuarant. Will be asking my travel agent if there is a chance to change to anotheer hotel and will be expecting some kind of reimbursement for the false advertising of Adults only..
The best thing about my stay was...Friendly staff and entertainers Lenka and Silvia who work non stop.

I booked this hotel on the proviso, that it was Adults only, and that we had planned a nice break without the prospect of other people's kids being littered all over the hotel, However when we arrived it was apparent that Families with children were staying, which was a huge disappointment. We stayed in a lovely room on the eighth floor, with stunning views across Palma Nova bay and Palma Nova itself, However the disappointment came in the early hours of the morning, when the family from HELL!!!! returned to their rooms, shouting, banging, kids running amok, with no thought of other people. Now me and my wife are only middle aged so we could just about put up with the noise, However I dread to think what an elderly couple would have been able to do in our position. Apart from complaining to Reception, not a lot I assume. This hotel was and is still advertised as ADULTS ONLY!! which is very misleading, It is a shame, because this hotel is very very nice as are the staff, However if you want a hotel with kids free zone, This hotel is not for you, I for one will not be looking to stay here, until there is a clear policy on whether children are allowed or not. Not everybody wants to hear kids 24/7. That is why we book an Adults only hotel.
The best thing about my stay was...The Room with it's views

I stayed with a mate at the Hi Palmanova Palace hotel and found it to be a clean and comfortable hotel but definitely not 4*. The hotel does tend to cater for the more elderly customers but there was quite a few younger people there. The pool area is quite pathetic, if you want the sun all day you have to move your sun lounger every hour or so to avoid the vast shaded areas. The food is fairly good and the variety is what you would expect in a Hotel of this quality (at most 3*) There is a decent selection at all meal times and light snacks available all day. Drinks are available until midnight and there is a decent choice. The hotel is situated about 10 minutes walk from the main restaurants and the beach so not to far if you fancy a change as we did most days. The Entertainment team do a good job to keep things moving during the day offering a variety of activities to do and put on a few shows at night but this wasn't really to our taste. If you are reading this review just before you are setting off then prepare yourself for a completely different experience though. With a couple of days left of our holiday (and I like a drink and a laugh) the hotel was run over with what looked like the throw backs of a 18-30's holiday hotel. Idiots were jumping in the pool at 11pm, playing drinking games with over 30 drinks on the tables and causing havoc in the middle of the night. The management of the hotel did absolutely nothing to stop them and I could see quite a lot of people were getting extremely upset. I was told this was the fault of Thomas Cook, if this is the case they aught to be ashamed of themselves. Overall not a bad hotel but could do with new beds. It also doesn't deserve it's 4* rating.
The best thing about my stay was...It's location
