Hotel is not what it's says on the website it is definitely not a 4 or 5 star.food is rotten same thing every day.long queues for dinner breakfast and lunch.place is very run down when it rains the ceilings leak for days and the staff just throw an old towel down until it stops leaking.you can here every noise from the rooms next to and above you.also have to pay for the wifi but most of the time it didn't work.best thing about the place is the pools and close to the beach.and also the alcohol is the dirtiest cheap crap they can find.
The best thing about my stay was...The beach

Definitely not a 4/5 star
We have spent the past 5 days at this resort. As advertised there are many restaurants as this is an all inclusive resort however don't be fooled you will have to queue for hours on end to eat breakfast lunch or dinner at any of these. No reservations are taken so it's on a first come first served waiting list basis. The food is not up to standard more like food for the masses. We have eaten out for the last two nights as we did not want to queue and be disappointed by the food again. The rooms are okay however this hotel is LOUD. People screaming up and and down the corridors late at night, also there is music in the corridor that plays the whole day so loud if you are right above the speaker. We asked multiple times for this to be turned down as it plays until half 10 every night however they told us they cannot turn it down as it is automatic which is nonsense. All in all the beach was lovely the sunbeds as well but the rest of it is a miss. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday with good food this is not the place to go.

AMAZING FOR SPRING BREAK
Please ignore the negativity of some of the reviews of this hotel. I gave this hotel an 8 because the food was barely edible. However, if you are looking for a youthful lively, spring break destination, this should be your first choice. The hotel has numerous bars where you can receive all inclusive drinks (Alcoholic and non-alcoholic) of your choice. If you tip the bartenders, they will take care of you throughout your stay! The rooms were clean and spacious and everything (A/C, Showers, Toilets, Sinks, Doors) were in all good working order. For the price paid, we were certainly happy as day passes to the Oasis were $60 per day alone! We will see you again on the white sands in March 2017 for sure!
The best thing about my stay was...Lively.

Would not recommend this resort unless your ready to party with young college students. House keeping was well below average and you had to search multiple bars for a good mixed drink and many favorite drinks were not an option for one reason or another. Don't expect a quiet romantic experience here!
The best thing about my stay was...Evening shows
