Nice hotel with ample free parking. Rooms are very nice & clean, food is delicious & staff very efficient & courteous. Great location for heading out of Dublin to other arterial routes. Close to Luas line - handy for Dublin City.

Seriously lacking of personal touch

Tha's about it really. Food terrible in bar. Had breakfast there on Sunday morning. Better food in the restaurant for breakfast on Monday morning but no personal touch from staff. Clearing up from 10.00 am onwards and gave the impression that they just wanted us out of there eventhough breakfast was meant to be served up to 10.30am. Not allowed in the cocktail bar in the evening and the main bar was dirty after the day. Decor in hotel in general is very dated and could do with a rer-fit

The best thing about my stay was...

Leaving on Monday morning

Nice hotel & good value

Nice clean hotel & comfortable rooms. Stayed here as I was going to a concert at the aviva. It's a bit far out but there's a luas stop 10 mins walk away. Good night club next to it and lovely steak house restaurant. Well worth getting the breakfast.

The best thing about my stay was...

Nice comfortable room.

Lovely hotel

Stayed here with my daughter when going to the Lady Gaga concert iat the Aviva Stadium. It is a lovely hotel, bedrooms very spacious, clean and comfortable. Easy to access the City centre as the Dart stop is a 5 min walk away. The only thing we could find wrong with the hotel was the staff. They could not be described as friendly and inviting, except for the man who was on reception when we returned from the concert, he was very helpful. This wouldn't stop us staying here again.

The best thing about my stay was...

The room and the easy access to the City.

Review of 'Red Cow Moran'

Lovely hotel but a pity about the location. Difficult to get at given situation on a very busy roundabout. Map on website doesn't really help.

Food was excellent and rooms clean and well presented. Nice to have bottled water as well as tea/coffee etc in room. Also well situated for getting into Dublin City Centre on Luas and also to Dundrum and Blanchardstown shopping centres by car on M50.

other downside - stayed two nights and both nights interrupted sleep because of noisy guests in corridor in wee hours of the morning

Review of 'Red Cow Moran'

We stayed 1 night at the Red Cow Moran for my husband`s birthday.
First impressions were very good, nice clean, well lit and decorated hotel.

Staff - Very friendly and helpful, early check in available at 11am when we arrived.

Rooms - very clean and spacious, double bed and single bed in room, usual freebies in bathroom, 24 hour room service, complimentary bottles of water on dresser.

Food - The winter Garden Restaurant Table d`hote a bit pricey at €35 per person not for those who like a lot on their plate, although food tasty. A la Carte menu again a bit pricey, never looked at the menu in the bar or the Italian in the Red Cow Inn beside the hotel. Breakfast included in the price, full irish, juice, continental breads and meats, cheese etc.

The Luas Tram Station is only a short walk away which takes you into the heart of Dublin City Centre for around €3.60 per person in around 20 minutes.

The only thing that spoiled our weekend was our car had part of the plastic trim removed during our stay from some nice person with a screwdriver. Car park has cameras and a security guard along with a disclaimer notice, for this reason we would not stay again unless we went by train and then out by Luas tram.
