Don't believe anything you read in the advertising!! The staff in this hotel are extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel is very clean, but that's where the story ends. Once the Sheraton and now offloaded to the Rixos group, this hotel is far from 5 star and the Deluxe rooms anything but. They were probably fit for purpose 30 years ago but nothing has been upgraded and the rooms are tired and impractical. No power points in the room for the basics of charging lap tops, phones, or even plugging in a hair dryer (bathroom socket didn't work). Management eventually gave me an extension cable to run across the room from behind a settee!! Couldn't open the door to my mini bar which at this stage I desperately needed, but I was advised that the technique was to get on my hands and knees and pries it open from underneath. Air conditioning doesn't work, despite the fact that even in May, the daytime temperatures were mid 30's and the sun facing rooms unbearably hot by the evening. Try sleeping with your balcony door open - fine, if you can sleep through the outdoor music until 2 am or the heavy traffic noise from the city. Swimming pool is lovely, but they forgot to mention that it is situated right next to a dog park and the constant barking is deafening and unbearable. I taped a few random sessions at various hours, if I could attach the audio file it would pretty much close this hotel down. How about their private beach? Nope, that doesn't exist either. No bus, no beds or towel service, no bar or drinks service. Hotel blames the government. The breakfast buffet is beautiful and comprehensive but if you arrive later than 8 am expect a dirty table and to source your cutlery from various abandoned tables. Waiting staff are again kind, but limited. Evening meal choices are the "eat all you can buffet" if that's your thing. Alternatively, the most confused a la carte restaurant I've ever eaten in. I have never seen a menu combo of Russian or Sushi (really !). Now ! we get on to their "all inclusive guests". Although I didn't think it was this type of hotel, it would appear that to some countries they are offering this package. Be prepared for the obnoxious drunks in the bar who have been drinking since 10 in the morning and are now demanding to know which further types of alcohol are included in their package. If you need to stay in central Antalya for a night fine, I came here for a couple of weeks for business and pleasure but couldn't wait to leave. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff but the management couldn't give a toss. They have a massive throughput of conferences and tours who they will never see again. If you're fine being a number and one of the masses with low expectations. Book now. Room Tip: Unless you can afford one of the very top suits you will be disappointed.
The best thing about my stay was...Hotel is very supportive of the local cat shelter and rescue project.

Sheraton means warm memorable stay
M. Kyriakides, St Peter Port
My stay coincided with the last week that the Hotel belonged to the Sheraton Group before changing hands to a Turkish-Russian consortium. The Hotel despite being on 'shut down' mode was still exquisite. The Staff were excellent providing a gracious and at the same time relaxed hospitality; genuine and warm. The rooms were brilliant, the marble bathroom superb. The Breakfast was fit for every modern Sultan this side of Istanbul. I received the room that I requested, facing the Toros Mts. A memorable stay; shame it's leaving the Sheraton family but I shall seek this brand next time I book - I've been converted to the Sheraton way of relaxation.
The best thing about my stay was...The Staff - warmest Turkish hospitality/ The condition of the room / the Sheraton breakfast.

Great city hotel
The Junior Suite was beautiful and extremely comfortable. The hotel has wonderful views of Konyalti. The only bad point is that the path to the beach has been closed off and in order to get to the beach you need to walk all the way around the hotel and beach park to get to it.
The best thing about my stay was...Great room!

My stay at the Sheriton Voyager June/July 2010

Excellent top rate hotel. Reception, concierge, catering all top quality as is the hotel itself which stands imposing and can be viewed for miles around. The beach is nearby but the climb back is slightly steep. The hotel is surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens and the outdoor pool is secluded and relaxing. The interior in first class and the lifts have to be seen to be believed. Highly recommended for it's facilities, services and tours.

Nice hotel, Pool area very good, staff very friendly and helpful. A very varied mix of people staying from a few couples with small children, singles, older couples and business people at breakfast. About 30-40 minutes walk to old town, and for some may be a bit 'out of the way'. A bit of a trek to the beach but free bus service runs during the day. Overall very happy
