Nice hotel great location

Nice hotel we stayed bed and breakfast. The room was a bit small but adequate. Nice bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space. The breakfasts are very nice and filling. There are/ terraces for the smokers and non smokers to use It is right next to Temple Bar so plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. I have stayed here twice and will stay again

Exactly why I expected it to be. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. A little noisy but It was what expected when staying in temple bar. Room was simple and comfortable and I would defiantly use this hotel again.

The only downside to this Hotel is the size of the Dining Room. Everything else is 1st class especially the staff. Location is superb for every thing. We had room 217 quiet, clean nothing to complain about.

Central location but nothing else

I did not like this hotel one bit!The curtains were falling down and the window did not close so there was a draft. The shower was blocked so it could not be used, the carpet and walls were dirty, we had 2light bulbs missing and the sheets were stained. The staff were friendly but it is somewhere i would never stay again.

Perfect location, great price & comfortable

Location is spot on, right in the middle of Temple Bar. The room was comfy, quiet, clean. & warm Bathroom could do with a bit more care as the wallpaper on the ceiling was falling off but it was otherwise very nice, had a good shower - plenty of towels, toiletries etc. Reception were polite although quiet & the decor is quite dated but its great for the price. A good base to check out the city, I would definitley stay again.

Cheap and Cheerful

Inexpensive and well situated for central Dublin, although not as cosmetically appealling as some of the neighbouring hotels, and a little labyrinthine inside. The staff were welcoming and kind enough to allow us to leave luggage prior to booking in and before we were due to make our return flight. The only complaints are that the bed had previously collapsed on one side and was not too comfortable as a result and the air conditioning duct caused the room to vibrate on the first night, but this was fixed by the following day.

Fleet Street Hotel

The hotel's location is great for days in Dublin, with almost everything within walking distance. The rooms were fine, however some of the staff at the desk could do with a bit of customer service training as they weren't the most helpful.

the fleet street hotel

the hotel bedrooms are in need of a serious refurbishment, they were dry and comfy, but very dark and dismal. couldnt get any natural light in and had a generator of some discription outside our window!! after a couple of drinks didnt really know it was there!!! dublin was wonderful, had a fantastic few days!

Review of 'PRINCIPAL'

The location of the Principle Hotel is excellent. The hotel rooms are clean and have all the facilities that you require, hairdryer, toiletries and trouser press. The staff were welcoming, obliging and friendly. Breakfase oferred a great deal of choice, and would suit any appetite. Although the hotel is located in a busy area the room was surprisingly quiet. I would definately recommend this Hotel and would stay there again

Review of 'PRINCIPAL'

This hotel is in a fantastic venue, situated right at the top of temple bar. The corridors are like a maze which can make them hard to find when you've had one too many of the black stuff!!! The breakfast is hearty fair and just what is needed after a night on the tiles and if you take the lift down into the cellar, it opens up into a nightclub.

The Principal hotel is highly recommended and great value for money
