Not as good as we expected from the reviews

We had problems everyday from the day we stepped into the hotel to the day we left!! No matter how many times we complained, it seemed to fall on deaf ears!!!!!!!!!!!
The best thing about my stay was...It was central location which attracted us to this hotel - despite the uncomfortable hotel stay our trips were amazing!!

On our arrival at 1am reception guy very welcoming. When we arrived at our room on the 7th floor we found the floor to be dirty (unswept) the receptionist changed our room immediatly. On a couple of occasions house keeping did not leave us towels but again this was sorted quickly by reception staff. Nice pool and bar area's , staff always cleaning and maintaining gardens. Nice food and decent entertainment however as very few people spoke English we did not always no what was happening i.e bbq's , turkish night we just turned up to see what was happening. The spa and the treatments we had were brilliant👍 Overall a nice holiday in a nice hotel with mostly friendly staff. It was a shame we could not try out the italian or fish restaurant as these were both closed during our stay.
The best thing about my stay was...The spa was fabulous. Hotel communal areas very clean

Arrived at midnight to be told overbooked, moved to an apartment with no apology for 2 days. On day of return no rush to get us left waiting at apartment for 1.5 hours a wasted day of holiday unpacking yet again. The hotel was like 18-30s holiday music blasting out at the pool, and nightclub until 3am effects first 2 floors. Complained after 2 sleepless nights moved again to 4th floor where it is quite. Restaurant is a cafeteria where you have to get own drinks and no one clears tables. Bartenders friendly but no one knows how to make cocktails. Pool side at kids area filthy never cleaned and rap music blaring out with foul language. Hotel all arabs and Turks no British. Overall would advise staying at one of other hotels in Lara, I have been their 6 times and this was the poorest. Hotel 3-4 star
The best thing about my stay was...Weather was hot!

Great resort with excellent facilities
Nadžida , Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina
This resort is an excellent place for vacation when you really want to rest your mind and body. All facilities are great: beautifull, wide, modern and clean rooms, great pool, sandy beach that is 10 minutes walk away (but there is shuttle bus every half an hour for those who don't want to walk and you get beach/pool towels from spa center with the cards you get on the reception) with beach bars and restaurant, and a lots of activities as water aerobic on pool or walleyball at the beach. Resort is rather new and luxury, it has fitness and spa center (massages are something I must recommed because I really enjoyed it), disco and lounge bar and restaurant. The food is abundant, diverse and excellent. The hotel is situated in Kundu Lara that is an hour drive away from Antalya (by bus or shuttle bus) and half an hour drive away from Antalya airport (you can book transport from/to airport when you book hotel by internet). Around the hotels/resorts in Kundu Lara there are shops full of souvenirs and clothes where you can find interesting and nice things but I really recommend that you also visit Antalya, especially old part of the city called Kaleici and archeological museum in Antalya if you have time. This hotel is very nice place with kind staff that speaks good english and are very professional and helpfull.
The best thing about my stay was...Rooms are wide and beautifull, food is delicios, location is great and SPA center was very nice

The hotel is lovely. Modern and brand new. The rooms are beautiful, with a mini bar, stocked with water, coke, orange juice and sparking water. Beds are comfy. The food is great (if you're not a fussy eater) plenty of dishes to chose from. Huge dessert selection. The snack bar at the pool has food on until 4pm, then jacket potatoes come out when that closes. They're lovely. They serve warm fresh waffles and loads of different flavours of walls icecream, plus fresh fruit, pizza, burgers, chicken, pasta and a good salad selection. Good variety of local drinks. The coffee wasn't very nice. What is a shame is that there's a proper barista machine at the lobby bar, but it's not used. They use the machine where you just select your choice. The pool area bar stated it closes at 11 pm, more like 6pm. The lobby bar is 24 hours, but all the lights get switches off around 12am so it looks closed. Probably because some of the staff really look put out to be serving you and come across as pretty rude. Some were nice though. There's a 'aqua park' at the front of the hotel. Only has a few slides though. I don't think this is the best hotel for families with younger kids as there's not that much for them to do. Entertainment team are good and like you to get involved. Entertainment on at night too, so something to do. There's a disco open until 2.30am. The beach is nice. Sea is really warm, and the snack bar there is better than the one at the pool. A free mini bus runs every 30 mins from the hotel, it's only across the road so takes minutes to get there. The location of the hotel is great. 20 mins from the airport and loads of shops to look around. Not the cheapest to say everything is fake, but you can haggle a little. There's a burger king if you're really fussy. They take lira and euros. All in all, I'd definitely go back to this hotel. Just a shame some of the staff are quite rude.
The best thing about my stay was...Location of the hotel and the rooms.
